1. Is it free to use the MalagaOne App?
Málaga One is free to use for the consumer / you can access the directory, search for the business you need and use other buttons / services available.
2. Do I have to register in the MalagaOne App?
You do not need to register in the App to access your local business directory and other functionalities. However, if you want to benefit from discounts, offers or loyalty cards, you will have to register in the App.
3. What do I have to do to download the App?
It’s very simple, you can download it from the Apple store or Google Play. You can also download it at www.malagaone.com or at this link. (In this link: __________). Being a PWA, it is very simple, fast and takes up practically no memory on your device.
4. And how do I register or sign up?
Very simple, go to the xxxxx button and we will ask you for your name and surname and email address. Only with this, you can benefit from discounts, offers and much more.
5. Am I following you on social media (FB and Instagram) but I can’t access the directory?
The directory is in the App and for this you have to download it. You can do it from here. _______________
6. Have I consulted the details of a business and it is not up to date?
Whoops !!! Please, tell us which business does not have the updated data. Our policy is that it is the entrepreneurs who have to notify us of any change in their contact information. But, mistakes always happen. Sorry and thank you so much for helping us improve.
7. What if I had a bad experience with an advertiser’s product / service?
The Subscriber or advertiser will be responsible for any claims or damages caused to users of the App as a result of the provision of their services or sales of their products agreed directly with the consumer / user. Therefore, MalagaOne is not responsible for such claims, since it acts solely and exclusively as a contact platform and does not intermediate in the relationship between both parties. However, we would appreciate if you inform us of any inconvenience to improve and maintain only those advertisers who provide quality services and products.
1. What do I have to do to subscribe?
Get in contact with us. You will have to sign a very simple standard subscription contract and agree on the payment method (transfer or credit card). And for your peace of mind, we will not require a period of permanence.
2. What service can we hire?
Apart from the monthly subscription to the directory, you can contract additional services such as making offers and discounts, loyalty card or use of our social networks for any type of marketing action and / or digital advertising that you want to carry out.
3. What is the multiplier effect you are referring to?
When you carry out a digital marketing action, you will have objectives and costs associated with that action. Using the MálagaOne ecosystem you will be able to access our recurring users and improve your results at a very competitive price. Instead of waging “war” on your own, we can all do it together.
4. What is a loyalty card?
It is a marketing action that builds customer loyalty and increases the consumption of your products / services. For example, in a hairdresser. If a customer cuts their hair 9 times, the 10th service is free. Obviously, certain conditions of use can be set. For example: You cannot use the benefit on the weekend, or the promotion is valid for 6 months.
5. How does the loyalty card work?
The loyalty card is 100% digital. Do not worry, it is very easy and it is also “eco-friendly” since it is all through the App. Our team will be happy to explain how it works.

7. Can I pay by transfer or in cash?
We are sorry, but the only means of payment that we will make available are through direct debits and credit cards. This is because we want to automate all processes in order to keep these prices so competitive.
